Learn Expression web.

Download a template and edit it in expression web.

You can use Dream weaver. But Expression web is much easier.

Take some help from eBooks.

You need a server. Where you will upload your files.

Then you have to register a domain name.( Example www.123.com)

After doing all this thing you can make a website.

You may use Photoshop and Flash for better design.
