Wa qalu sami'na wa at-a'na ghufranaka rabbana wa-ilaykal maseer [Listen]

And they say: 'We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys'
[surah Baqarah; 2: 285]

رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لاَ طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَآ أَنتَ مَوْلاَنَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ

الْكَافِرِينَ

Rabbana la tu'akhizna in-nasina aw akh-ta'na. Rab-bana wa la tahmil 'alayna isran kama hamaltahu 'ala-lladhina min qablina, Rab-bana wa la tuhammilna ma la taqata lana bih, wa-'fu 'anna wa 'ghfirlana warhamna anta Maulana fansurna 'alal-qawmil kafirin [Listen]

O our Lord! Do not hold us responsible if we forget or make a mistake. O our Lord, do not lay on us a burden such as You laid on those before us. O our Lord, do not impose upon us that which we have not the strength (to bear). Pardon us, and forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Lord-master, so help us against the unbelieving people
[surah Baqarah; 2:286]

رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbana innana amanna faghfir lana dhunuubana wa qinna 'adhaban-Naar [Listen]

Our Lord! we have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire
[surah Ali' Imran; 3: 16]

ربَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

Rabbana-ghfir lana dhunuubana wa israfana fi amrina wa thabbit aqdamana wansurna 'alal qawmil kafireen [Listen]

Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith
[surah Ali' Imran; 3: 147]

رَّبَّنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلإِيمَانِ أَنْ آمِنُواْ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَآمَنَّا رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الأبْرَارِ

Rabbana innana sami'na munadiyany-yunadi lil-imani an aminu bi Rabbikum fa'aamanna. Rabbana faghfir lana dhunoobana wa kaffir 'ana sayyi'aatina wa tawaffana ma'al Abrar. [Listen]

Our Lord! We have heard the call of one calling (Us) to Faith, 'Believe ye in the Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, blot out from us our iniquities, and take to Thyself our souls in the company of the righteous.
[surah Ali' Imran; 3: 193]

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

Rabbana Dhalamna anfusina wa il lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lana kuna minal-khasireen [Listen]

Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost.
[surah Al-A'raf; 7: 23]

لَئِن لَّمْ يَرْحَمْنَا رَبُّنَا وَيَغْفِرْ لَنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

Lain lam yarhamna rabbuna wa yaghfir lana lana kuunanna minaal khasireen [Listen]

If our Lord have not mercy upon us and forgive us, we shall indeed be of those who perish.

[surah Al-A'raf; 7: 149]

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلأَخِي وَأَدْخِلْنَا فِي رَحْمَتِكَ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Rabbi aghfir li wal akhi wa-adkhilna fi rahmatika wa anta arhamur-Rahimin [Listen]

O Allah! Forgive me and my brother and admit us to Your mercy, You are the most merciful of the merciful

[surah Al-A'raf; 7: 151]

أَنتَ وَلِيُّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْغَافِرِينَ

Anta Waliyyuna faghfir lana war-hamna wa anta khair-ulghgfireen [Listen]

(O Lord) You are our guardian, so forgive us and have mercy on us and You are the best of the forgivers
[surah Al-A'raf; 7: 155]

رَبِّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ وَإِلاَّ تَغْفِرْ لِي وَتَرْحَمْنِي أَكُن مِّنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

Rabbi inni a'udhubika 'an as'alaka ma laysa li bihi 'ilm. Wa 'illa tagfir li wa tarhamni 'akum minal khasireen [Listen]

My Rabb! surely I seek refuge with You for asking You that about which I have no knowledge; and if You do not forgive me and have mercy to me, I shall become of the losers.
[surah Hud; 11: 47]

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ

Rabbana ghfir li wa li wallidayya wa lil Mu'mineena yawma yaqumul hisaab [Listen]

O our lord, forgive me and my parents and believers on the day when the reckoning shall come to pass.
[surah Ibrahim; 14: 41]

لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

La 'ilaha illa 'anta subhanaka 'inni kuntu min adh-dhalimeen [Listen]

"There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong!"
[surah Al-Anbiya; 21: 87]

رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Rabbana amanna faghfir lana warhamna wa anta khayrur Rahimiin [Listen]

Our Lord! We believe; then do Thou forgive us, and have mercy upon us: For Thou art the Best of those who show mercy.
[surah Mu'minun; 23: 109]

رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Rabbi aghfir warham wa anta khayrur Rahimiin [Listen]

O Lord, forgive and have mercy, For Thou art the Best of those who show mercy.
[surah Mu'minun; 23: 118]

رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Rabbi inni dhalamtu nafsi faghfir li faghafara lahu innahu huwaal ghafur-ur raheem [Listen]

O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul! Do Thou then forgive me!
[surah Qassas; 28: 16]

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي

Rabbi ighfir lee [Listen]

O my Lord! Forgive me
[surah Saad; 38: 35]

رَبَّنَا وَسِعْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ رَّحْمَةً وَعِلْمًا فَاغْفِرْ لِلَّذِينَ تَابُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا سَبِيلَكَ وَقِهِمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ

Rabbana wasi'ta kulla shay'in rahmatan wa'ilman faghfir lilladhina tabu wat-taba'u sabilaka waqihim 'adhabal-jaheem [Listen]

Our Lord! Thy Reach is over all things, in Mercy and Knowledge. Forgive, then, those who turn in Repentance, and follow Thy Path; and preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire!
[surah Mu'min; 40: 7]

رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

Rabbi awzi'ni an ashkura ni'matak-kal lati an'amta 'alayya wa'ala walidayya wa an a'malas-salihan tardahu wa-aslih lee fi dhurriyyati inni tubtu ilaiyka wa inni minal muslimeen [Listen]

"O my Lord! Grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favour which Thou has bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue. Truly have I turned to Thee and truly do I bow (to Thee) in Islam."
[surah Al-Ahqaf; 46: 15]

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ فِي قُلُوبِنَا غِلًّا لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

Rabbana aghfir lana wal iíhwaninal ladheena sabaquna bil-imani wala taj'al fi qulubina Ghillal-illadheena aamanu. Rabbana innaka Ra'ufur-Raheem [Listen]

"Our Lord! Forgive us, and our brethren who came before us into the Faith, and leave not, in our hearts, rancour (or sense of injury) against those who have believed. Our Lord! Thou art indeed Full of Kindness, Most Merciful."
[surah Al-Hashr; 59:10]

رَّبَّنَا عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

Rabbana 'alayka tawakkalna wa'ilayka anabna wa ilaykal maseer [Listen]

Our Lord! In You we have placed our trust, and to You do we turn in repentance, for unto You is the end of all journeys
[surah Mumtahana; 60: 4]

رَبَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Rabbana atmim lana nurana waghfir lana innaka 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer [Listen]

"Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for Thou hast power over all things."
[surah Tahreem; 66: 8]

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ

Subhana rabbina inna kunna dhalimeen [Listen]

Glory to our Lord! Verily we have been doing wrong!
[surah Al-Qalam; 68: 29]

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيْتِيَ مُؤْمِنًا وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَلَا تَزِدِ الظَّالِمِينَ إِلَّا تَبَارًا

Rabbi aghfir li waliwalidayya waliman dakhala baiti mu'minan walilmu'mineena walmu'minati wala tazid ad-dalimeen illa tabaran [Listen]
